We use a security software that does not collect analytics data, but might collect IP addresses from unauthorized login attempts to our website administration, Bots, Brute Force Attacks, Malicious Attacks, editing website files, hacking attempts etc.. to further protect our data and the integrity of our website.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates.

How long we retain your data

We may keep contact form entries for 12 months (updated for longer in case of client keeping an interest in our services or / and having an ongoing business relationship with us), analytics records for 36 months, and customer purchase records for ten years.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

  • Web Hosting: We use inmotionhosting.com located in the United States with the address: 6100 Center Drive, Suite 1190
    Los AngelesCA 90045. The data is protected under the Privacy Policy Agreement.
  • Cloud Services: We use cloudflare.com as a Content Delivery Network for security, SSl Certificate and speed improvement to further enhance the user experience on our website. The data is protected under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and issued (Cloudflare’s EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Statement).  Cloudflare saves a cookie “__cfduid” to apply security settings on a per-client basis. This cookie is strictly necessary for Cloudflare’s security features and cannot be turned off. Furthermore, Cloudflare provided us with a DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM that can be read here.
